Award-winning and platinum-selling producer and artist Martin Wave is set to unveil his latest single, “CONTROL,” featuring Grammy-nominated British-Ethiopian singer Izzy Bizu and electro-pop artist and songwriter CAPPA, on May 30th. This track is part of the official soundtrack for the highly anticipated F1 game, which will also feature contributions from notable artists such as Jamie XX, Diplo, Austin Millz, and Sofi Tukker, all launching on the same day. Additionally, “CONTROL” will be highlighted in a national Apple TV campaign scheduled to air on June 20.

The dynamic electronic track radiates confidence and exemplifies Martin’s renowned cinematic production style. With a rich portfolio that includes collaborations with artists such as Post Malone, Jin from BTS, and Suki Waterhouse, as well as significant campaigns for major franchises like Marvel, Star Wars, and Apple, Martin continues to redefine the boundaries between pop, film, and electronic music.
“CONTROL” marks the inaugural release under Parasol Music, a label and creative sync agency that Martin co-founded with his wife, Grace Hong, in 2024. “Parasol is evolving into a hub for purpose-driven artists and embodies a new model that represents the next wave of the music industry,” Martin explains.
The single draws inspiration from themes of female empowerment, celebrating resilience and the capacity to overcome challenges, even when faced with adversity.
In addition to his work as a producer, Martin Wave is poised to release his debut album in 2025.
